As our 2025-2026 season comes to a close, all women of the Collaborative are warmly invited to join us for a closing Mass, celebrated by Fr. Jim, on Tuesday, May 19 at 6:30pm in the Lower Chapel at St. John the Evangelist Church.

Mass will be followed by a potluck dinner so dust off those Spring recipes and bring a dish or drinks to share! And bring a friend too!

On Mother’s Day Weekend our Collaborative will be hosting a “Baby Shower” to collect items for Pregnancy Help Boston, a pregnancy resource center supported through the Archdiocese of Boston, whose mission is to provide compassionate, practical, life-affirming alternatives for women facing crisis pregnancies.

Since January, dedicated parishioners have been knitting and crocheting baby items for newborns (hats, blankets, etc.) Now, all are invited to consider contributing items to our Mother’s Day Baby Shower collection - click the link to visit our website for the "Registry"

At this very important Sacrament Preparation session for students and parents, Fr. Jim will be talking with the children about the Sacrament of the Eucharist, and together with the Children’s Faith Formation team will walk them through the steps of receiving communion so they are comfortable and know what to expect at their First Holy Communion.

Participation in this session is very important.

It was a meaningful morning of faith in action 💛 The confirmands of St. John’s Parish Wellesley and St. Paul’s Parish Wellesley came together to learn about family homelessness and the impactful work of Family Promise Metrowest. Through meaningful conversation, they gained insight into how families are supported on their journey toward stability and brighter futures. They then assembled heartfelt gift bags for parents, each including a handwritten note filled with encouragement and kindness.

It was a powerful reminder that compassion, when put into action, can truly uplift a community.
