Congratulations to Mrs Jackie Kramer!
One thing was for certain, if anyone has ever come to do this program motivated to do her best each and every session it was definitely Jackie.
Jackie showed dedication and consistency that is time tested with amazing results each and everytime.
What you see in the pictures isnβt the only thing that transformed, as her strength skyrocketed as well!
In just 12 weeks herβ¦
- 5 rep max weight on her squat became an effortless 25 rep max
- Turned her 1 rep max weight on bench press into an EASY 15 rep max

Well what happens when people work their tail off for 12 weeks with the Amazing 12?
