AMERICA 250/Canada Day – UPCI Day of Prayer and Fasting: Wednesday, July 1, 2026
America will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the nation’s founding, which is commemorated as America 250. Special corporate prayer and fasting will be done, which aligns with Rededicate 250, a nationwide call for spiritual renewal focused on thanksgiving, repentance, and seeking God’s direction for the days ahead.
Canada Day, celebrated each year on July 1, which commemorates the founding of Canada through Confederation in 1867, also falls on that Wednesday, and it will be a time to honor the nation’s history, heritage, freedoms, and shared values. In 2026, Canada celebrates its 159th Canada Day.
Every UPCI constituent and church is invited to join in the UPCI Day of Prayer and Fasting on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, for both countries.
