There are still some farm animals erasers, Easter/ Spring pencils and micro 3D Prints left.

Also please Do Not Eat the Snacks. 🤡
They are mini milk bones for our community dog walkers and riders 🐶 they are not for human consumption. If you're hungry there is a list of local farm stands where you can make a food purchase tacked up on the inside of the library door. The closest stands to us are Cada Farms and The Big Blue Box, both are wonderful and open on the weekends.

We added a few things for the kids in the box today. You'll find some Easter Pencils, a few erasers in the shape of farm animals, a few mini 3D Prints and we cut some quick and dirty bookmarks out of thin card stock for the adults and some mini pup treats for you dog walkers.

A new Little Library has just popped up in Spring Hill (Shady Hills), Florida. If you are in the area, why don't you check it out?

I HATE to do this BUT because of the limited room in our Little Free Library (it only holds about 15-20 books) we can not accept text books - They are large, heavy and are not frequently if ever chosen. Please donate them to a location with a larger offering. We want to foster a love for reading - both fiction and non fiction stories and also art, that is the vision and focus for our library.

Also inside are the movies that were donated during the freeze. The weather should be safe for them, at least for now.

The library gets a decent amount of use. We are on a busy road and I think we are the only FLL on the south side of Centralia. I know of no others in this area.

Because of this I get a lot of donations my utility room is collecting totes full of books. We need a bigger box and I would defiantly like to expand. Amazon only sells boxes a bit bigger than the one we already have. So i'm looking to the community for ideas. What could we repurpose that will not make our area look trashy or be mistaken for scrap and picked up?

The last resort is to build a box. It costs and takes time. So that is an option that I can't complete right away.

Had a nice gentleman drop a few books, a couple movies and a wii game into the donation box. All donated CDs will not become available until after the freeze as to prevent then from shattering. Look for them in a couple weeks!

Hoping this was an accident and it just fell out of someones stroller or bike basket but someone selected a middle grade book and tossed it in the neighbors yard. If its not for you just put it back. Please do not ruin it for the others. I do not keep that many middle grade books in the box.
