Anyone owning a vacation rental in the Weeki Wachee area *
Reports have come in, to our members, that some property management companies are abusing the trust of their clients.
-Such as, renting clients homes without their knowledge & not reporting income
- Using home for their own personal use without owner's knowledge
-unauthorized parking on property
-Unauthorize launching access thru property
ALSO
A report of Cleaning personal taking items from home
TO PREVENT any of THE ABOVE we recommend the following. 1. make sure you check the business is properly licensed, insured or bonded
2. Install security cameras OR
Be added to our list of vacation homes to Monitor
3. Drive by your home sometime unannounced or have a personal friend do that
Especially on weekends
4 Itemize your belongings, photographs are suggested this will help you also, for possible insurance claim
