This month Qigong and Meditation, with Dawna Salkewicz, will be held on the 3rd Tuesday, March 19th at 6:00 p.m.

Open to all - free for patients, survivors and their caregivers / families.

Mother Nature provides an abundance of plants, roots and bark in our area which are perfect for creating your own "natural medicine cabinet". Join us for a workshop filled with remedies for everything from calming a cough to relieving the itch of poison ivy.

Join us for this month's Creative Expressions workshop with Sam's Stems. Create a beautiful work of art using a plain glass vase that you decorate with dried flowers.
