Riverside Church
Finding large purpose in taking the next small step toward Jesus, our neighbors, our city and the kids of our generation.
Does Jesus have anything to say the way I think and engage in the created world? This week we will take a look at "Faith and All Creation."
Every Sunday morning, we observe, consider, and wonder together; we worship God if we believe in Him. We hear stories from ordinary people; we sing; we cast our cares and practice quietness; we talk with each other; we hear a message about Jesus from the Bible. Together, we look to Jesus to better understand ourselves, each other, and the world.

Women's Summer Bible Study - Story of Abraham We will be using Crossways Story of Abraham 8 week study by Colleen Searcy. It is an inductive study Bible study to help us understand the story of Abraham, how it fits in God's redemptive plan and points us to Jesus. We will meet at church in the classroom space next to the balcony.
We are excited to have Andrew Burkhardt, longtime member and recently joined staff for Athletes in Action, share with us this Sunday. He will be considering how Jesus helps us understand who we are as humans: "Faith and Being Human."
At Riverside, we are Republicans and Democrats, social liberals and social conservatives, Christians and other-than-Christians, eager worshipers, thoughtful doubters, unsure of church, young and old, sinners and saints, rich and poor, widows, singles, married, white and black and brown, same-s*x attracted/opposite s*x attracted, critics, cynical, grieving, questioning, and hopeful. Despite our differences, we get together on a Sunday morning because we believe that Jesus invites us all to learn from him and from one another. We hope that this can be a place where you can hear and experience Jesus.

We are continuing our series on Faith and Life. This next Sunday we will look to see how following Jesus helps us with our work. We will look at "Faith and Work".
