Apple Tree Magic

As part of a meditation for upcoming trip to St. Croix (3 rooms left), I created my expression of an anahata mandala. Though the theme coming through for me is divine connection which and I agreed was all crown, when traveling to see homegirl .mariesa and the .movement peeps it’s always a theme of community, connection and an alignment with right timing and how people open portals.

In my drawing, I learned more about the hrit chakra - the minor chakra that sits below - and how it’s the place of devotion, wishing, powerful manifestation. Ah! So cool.

I am headed into today with an appetite to learn more about the symbols and layers so I can see them in St, Croix as - if there’s one thing I know - it’s all connected, and our awareness only creates more awareness - which, for me - means greater joy in all things, peace in all circumstances and the never ending humility that I am deeply and divinely loved forever and always ❤️✨✌🏼🌎🪶✈️ See you in May, STX 😘

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind as I change from one way of doing things to another.

The main driver?

There’s a message on my fingertips and on the tip of my tongue.

Care for mind and body as requests from your Higher Self.

Life-changing stuff.

I’m elevating my focus on Monday Night Restorative, teaching the Stillness Practices, and prioritizing my dates with the Divine… at the monastery, with my dictionary.

This next round of teaching on the Yamas as requests from your Higher Self begins Monday 2/21 at 7p.

So much context to share here but after months of only communicating with Sharon through prayer, inner listening and sending her an occasional voice memo, I was able to speak with her on the phone.

A few days after talking with her (asking her what kind of blessing to pray while I smudged for the lunar new year, which her response was to honor Mother Earth), I listened deeply to my body as to the coordination of my morning - as I left the house, my deer was back. Sharon taught me the deer was my totem animal - so much more I could say. But that’s not the point of this post either.
