With all the craziness of the world today it can be difficult to maintain your sanity, Lord knows it’s already difficult enough with our own personal lives to stay chill without all the extra noise.
Personally for me I focus on things that make me feel spiritually, mentally and physically fit.

So what techniques do you practice daily for yourself to keep centered?

The AHA states that drowning is the #1 cause of accidental death in children.
Most of these incidents occur in bathtubs, backyard swimming pools, and ponds.
By the end of 2025, 88 children died in the state of Texas from drownings.
The most effective way to protect your children from life threatening emergencies is PREVENTION.
Examples: gated or fenced off pools, locked cabinets from medications, house cleaners, etc, guns out of reach and secured, power tools out of reach and so on.
That being said, we can be the best parents but unfortunately kids are quick and things happen the second you aren’t looking.
How will you handle this emergency?

I have reached out to a few people posting about help needed after the storm, just to be clear I am in no way shape or form pushing my business, I am genuinely offering help FREE help, I have a chainsaw and my back still works.
If you are in need of that let me know and I will help where I can.

God bless all those who were impacted by this storm.
