Been a hot minute but took a few snaps yesterday and found a few I thought made the cut to post. Enjoy! ♥️

Relishing on the simple things in life that bring us joy. Took these this afternoon. Animals / Pets ask so little of anyone, yet give everything of themselves. Michael rescued Rex with the help of 2 programs very important to us. Puppy’s for Parole & Missouri Patriot paws (run by Susan Hinkle) Mike was going through some issues and Rex was available when Mike needed him most. In the end it was Rex that rescued Mike (not the other way around) Now in his older years, Rex is retired and living in the lap of luxury (to say the least) and simply enjoying being loved and living his best life. At 14 (+/-) years old he STILL receives the attention, love and loyalty he has shown Michael since they day they rescued one another!

During the holidays it’s fantastic to see the excitement and emotion when you give your loved ones a pet as a gift. Just remember PLEASE 🙏🏻, though they are animals, they too have feelings and have emotional needs as well as physical. Consider rescuing and think long and hard before you make your choice. It’s not just your life that will be changing.
