I have a new friend hanging out with me for a few days this week!

So many of us had a blast making these optical illusions of our hands. It was a fun way to explore our neutral colors. Even better is that is looks like chalk but it is colored pencils!

Every Roo Rally students are picked as Top Typers for their hard work and progress in the computer lab. Every name goes into a raffle and 2 lucky students are chosen!

College Colors Day

Watch for updates on the neutral colors illusion drawings that we are working on this week! Our kinders are getting the hang of learning how to log into their typing program so they have started their art time as well!

We started talking about this with our 5th graders during Roo time today!

The 2025-2026 National PTA Reflections theme is: “I Belong” 💫
Students are invited to reflect on the theme and submit original works of art in one or more of the following categories:

🎵 Music Composition
📸 Photography
🎬 Film Production
🎭 Dance Choreography
🖼 Visual Arts
📝 Literature

This is an amazing opportunity for students to express themselves and share their unique voices through the arts — locally, statewide, and even nationally!

🗓 Deadline to submit: October 27, 2025
📍 Open to all students with at least one PTA member in the household!
