Sneak peek of the Lime Gold 1967 Mustang Coupe that’s out for paint. Can’t wait to see it back in its original color.

Finally back on the Magnetic Metallic 1967 Mustang coupe after it’s been in the corner of the shop for the last few years. Pulled to Granada front disc brake conversion and spindles to go back with freshly powder coated correct 1967 spindles and Leeds Disc Brake conversion kit. Also installed a power brake booster conversion as well. Sneak peak at new power plant going into the car (had the fresh original 289 engine and rebuilt original C4 transmission that were installed but never ran in it). Going with a “mild” 😂 built 351W and AOD transmission instead. 🤦‍♂️

Finally got the replacement American Racing Torque Thrust wheels for the White 1967 Mustang coupe after it gave up its wheels and tires to the convertible 1964.5 Mustang we did the 4-wheel disc brake conversion. Went with 15x7 up front and 15x8 on the rear this time.

With Bessie leaving for paint today, figured we pull out the Magnetic Metallic 1967 Mustang Coupe to go ahead and get it running real quick (since we are fresh off 2 other 1967 Mustang Coupe builds).

When the owner of “Bessie” the Lime Gold 1967 Mustang Coupe stops by to check out her car before it goes off to paint and notices the tire marks on the shop floor, what does she do? She signs the tire marks - Bessie was here 8-8-25🤦‍♂️

Really like the stance of “Bessie” the Lime Gold 1967 Mustang Coupe. She sits low to the ground and should handle really well for a 1967.

Another video of first real test drive of “Bessie” the Lime Gold 1967 Mustang Coupe.
