1/2 bath we renovated. This damage was caused from a failed wax ring. Water marks on wood flooring, darkened grout lines, and water around the toilet are common signs of a leak. If your toilet bowl has any movement it should be looked at to prevent damage.

Does your sink have a flexible drain? This customer called complaining of a constant smell near the sink and that it was slow draining. The ribs in the drain had filled with grease/food and were restricting the flow. The smell was because all this debris was before the “p-trap” letting it all come out into the kitchen. We always recommend replacing these when possible because of the increased likelihood for leaking and clogging.

Before and after. We replaced the front porch lights, replaced the brick molding, repainted the door, and added a ring doorbell.

A repeat customer found this set of doors at an antique store in Granbury and asked if we could modify them to work in a couple of their rooms. This was a very fun project that the homeowner will get to share with guests for years to come. We added glue chip glass to obscure the view and it really made the doors pop.

There are several steps to making this propane tank look new again. Stripping the paint, sanding to remove rust, priming with metal primer, then finally applying two coats of paint to help durability.

We replaced this set of stairs getting it ready to go on the market.

Finished the flagpole, the old paint was cracking and falling off. We stripped the paint, repainted, and replaced the rope to lower and raise the flag. Cannot wait to see a flag flying high.
