Six years ago today, I began the journey toward becoming a bioenergetic kinesiologist, and two years ago, I completed my coaching certification. Looking back, I’m reminded of how powerful it is to say yes to what God has for your life instead of forcing your way through doors that were never meant for you.

I’m forever grateful for every open door He’s led me through and for the way each step has shaped me. I’m learning, growing, and becoming a little more every day — and I wouldn’t trade the journey for anything.

RESET is a powerful yet gentle bodywork technique that works with the body’s muscle memory to release stress, trauma, and self-sabotage that can impact health, energy, and pain. Tiffany’s new certification allows her to share this transformative modality with even more people who are ready to align their energy and live with greater ease. 🌿
