Come help us celebrate Therapy Dog Appreciation Day at Smoky Mountain Dog Bar this Friday April 11. Some of the Log Dog therapy teams will be around to spread some love & answer questions. We are thankful for our therapy dogs & the beautiful service they provide to our communities. We look forward to seeing you there!

We had so much fun last week visiting Cherokee Central Schools & can’t wait to return! Thanks goes out to the amazing students & faculty who were all incredibly kind hosts & an amazing audience during our visit last week. ⭐️

We had such a fun morning with a terrific group of students!

Some of our therapy dog team facilitated a program for the second graders at Cherokee Elementary School. I’m so proud of today’s crew who brought lots of smiles, laughs, & exuberant wows. My week was happily complete when an entire group gave heart hands. 🫶

Today is Veterans Day, a day to honor and thank all the brave people who have served and sacrificed for our country. We also want to recognize and appreciate the special role that animals play in the military and in the lives of veterans. Animals have been loyal companions, helpers, and heroes for soldiers throughout history, providing comfort, support, and protection. 🐶🐱
