It's that time! We will be kicking off boot camp on April 3rd at 6 p.m. at All About Fitness.
Our boot camp is tailored to challenge each person individually regardless of your Fitness Level. We have Tire flips, sled pulls, Tire pools, hudles, wall obstacle, sledge hammer tire slams, battle rope and more. 2 ways to join us. Been hitting boot camp hard getting ready for the upcoming Spartan Race in Asheville. Come join us if you want to get conditioned quickly and challenge yourself!
