If you ever see any amazing siding jobs with an RTM sign in the yard its this dude right here. My guy Julio, the siding ninja, is 41 today. Even on a rain day and his birthday, he's making siding magic. Not only is he incredible at what he does, he's an outstanding person. Happy Birthday bud.

Homeowners, please save yourself the frustration of an avoidable situation. Make sure, before you let anyone inspect your property, even your roof, that you have a few good referrals from people you know and trust. Ive seen too many unfortunate situations go from bad to worse and have had to clean up the mess. Save yourself the time and headaches and just ask around. Friends, family, church, or the local lumber yard. Red Barn Lumber & Supply Co. There are plenty of great contractors but there are also plenty that want to inspect with a ball pin hammer and vandalize your property to get an insurance claim. With whoever you have come out, make sure your watching them. So just be smart, don't rush into anything, and protect yourself with a little research. Hope this helps, good luck 👍

Yesterday's to do list:
Finished painting a siding job in Lebanon with The Ohio Painting Company, LLC, starting another vinyl siding job in Springboro, and replacing a roof in Waynesville including all new sheathing. Not too mention a day of repairs with a few estimates mixed in, you could say it's been busy. I'd go crazy if I wasn't going crazy.

We've been able to find a few good days so far this year to get outside and knock out a few replacements. Big thanks to everyone being patient and working around the weather with us.

New roof for the Warren County Career Center fire science lab. I went to this fantastic school for my junior and senior year about 20 years ago. Still one of the best decisions I ever made.
