Tuesday through Friday we will be in the office (56 Montgomery Dr Waynesville) from 9:30 AM to 2PM for current tenants and owners to report and discuss damages and losses.

Select Homes’ phone lines and internet are down due to the flooding. We will be staffing the office MONDAY from 9am-4pm for EXISTING tenants and owners to report flood damages & losses.

These are unprecedented times for all of us. Please be patient and we will get through this together.

Select Homes gives back at Broyhill When Select Homes of WNC isn’t busy managing its over 400 properties throughout Western N.C., the company is giving back to the local community.

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of our owner/landlords, tenants, vendors and friends, this year’s Select Homes Christmas Service Project was an absolute and complete success!!

Thanks to your donations, all 47 children at Broyhill Baptist Children’s home and their house parents will wake up Christmas morning to their special gifts and all will be treated to a special Christmas dinner. 💜🎄💙
