The best fronted sheep we have ever raised. We retained a few sisters from this flush, but we can’t wait to see what this guy can do! He is elite in his front 1/3, massive in his top, stout in bone, and has tremendous shag….not to mention clean DNA!

Is he perfect? No. But on the day we celebrate the one who was perfect, it seems appropriate to remember we were “Bought With His Blood”. Happy Easter!

As kids start working with their new 4H projects, we would like to offer a few helpful tips. Tip 1. Start slow and build trust. Tip 2. Minimize stress on the lamb. 3. Safety of the lamb and showman are priority 1.
As you can see, Sophie is demonstrating…uh..well…uh. Hmmm…I don’t know what she is doing.
Don’t expect perfection on day one! No lambs or showman were harmed in the making of this post! Special thanks to Sophie for being a good sport and letting us post these pics! Lol. Enjoy the process!!!!

This group sells today! They were very excited at breakfast this morning. From Thank Me Later to Potentially Dangerous to Tres Amigos and more, this group is made up of quality 4H/FFA projects and clean ewes in the lambing barn for their new owners!

Who does a Top Ten Sale with 26 lambs? 🙋‍♂️ We did! 10 crossbred wethers, followed by crossbred ewe lambs, followed by WFX. Each section is listed in tag order. Please look through. We shot short videos of every lamb in the sale. The videos are a very good tool for the buyer!
