Last night was The Pub 200 & 3rd points race at Loco Joe's R/C Speedway. We had another great turnout with 81 entries!!

She was a hot one for sure!

Thank You Joe Vanorsdale as always for giving us an amazing track to race at!

Thank you to Willis Gordon and the track crew Warren Kenter, Donnie Franklin, and the rest of them including our own HTR driver Shane for helping out, he fell right into his comfort zone on a tracker, I think he needs a track crew shirt.

Thank You to the Tech Queen Jessica, she kept us all on point.

Mama loco was back in the snack shack after her vacation and boy ole boy did those popsicles hit the spot during the heat.

Congratulating me on my wins and for point out my sun burn and offering to go get me some Aloe.

I had a great day seeing some old familiar faces, Mike Hoffeditz, Abel Hoffeditz & Joe came down and ran for the first time. It was also great to see Mike from Hagerstown Moped, I bought my first RC truck from him when I was a kid, he still looks the same.

Chad Rodkey: 1st Place in a brand new Losi NASCAR Cup class setting I am pretty sure the fastest hot lap at a 7.305 and back it up with a 7.378.

Jeremy Gehrett: 3rd place in Bandit Late Model & 3rd Place in the BL2 Mudboss.

Richie Krenzer: 3rd Place in the Losi Box Stock NASCAR, 2nd Place in the Bandit Late Model, TQ and 1st Place in the Traxxas Modified & TQ and 2nd Place in the Losi Sprint.

Rob Myers: TQ and 1st Place in the Losi NASCAR Box Stock, TQ and 1st Place in the Bandit Late Model, 2nd Place in the Traxxas Modified & 1st Place in the BL2 Mudboss.

Contest, Summer 2026 June 9 - June 16, 2026
We want to offer your home track a free 10 pack of Papa Willy's Traxion Tonic (in any combination).
Your home track can use this to sell or “waffle” and make some profit or give away to the regular racers that support their track.

For a track to be eligible to win this prize it must:
•Be a legit racetrack with a page of at least one month of this date (June 9, 2026)
•The track must have some sort of computerized scoring system and be active on social media.
•The track must hold frequent events, including a recent event (if the last event was in 2024 or early-mid 2025, or if the track only races once or twice a year, the track is not eligible.) We need to be able to find an active track on Facebook.
•The track must be in the continental USA

Saturday the HTR crew raced at Loco Joe's R/C Speedway. Weather condition were good other than some wind.

Fun day racing with friends John Crowfis Jr, Mike OBrien, Jack Todd & Jimmy, Jh Cole, Dan Danchik, Christopher Weishaar, Warren Kenter, Donnie Franklin & Black Cloud!

Track was prepped and ready and we started right on time, hats off to the Track Crew Willis Gordon, and the rest of those that helped out.

Joe Vanorsdale you missed some good back and forth racing, but we understand “Toes in the sand”
Thank you for giving us a great place to race & get dirty!

HTR had some pretty amazing results this weekend. Let’s get down to the podium finishes.

Richie Krenzer: 4 Car podium finish and should have had all 5 but puff the magic dragon on your Losi Sprint ESC sucked!

3rd Place in Losi NASCAR, 2nd Place in Bandit Late Model, TQ & 1st Place in Buggy Street Stock & TQ and 2nd Place in Traxxas Modified. (Sry buddy for getting loose in front of ya)

Chad Rodkey: 1st Place in Losi NASCAR

Jeremy Gehrett: 3rd Place in Bandit Late Model & TQ and 2nd Place in BL2 Mudboss.

Rob Myers: I put 4 cars on the podium and should had my nascar there as well but the nascar hit a few bumps along the way.

TQ and 1st Place in the Bandit Late Model, Losi Sprint 2nd place, 1st Place Traxxas Modified, 1st Place in BL2 Mudboss & the Losi NASCAR for me a TQ & DNF.

Fun day of racing for sure, back to the grind to get them ready for some Old Mill RC Raceway action.

Podium pictures will be updated once available, in the meantime take a look at the TQ plaque that was created and will be awarded to the driver with the most TQ at the end of the season! Donated by HTR.
