The Flying Matlocks

The Flying Matlocks goes electric again this Saturday at the Doyle. We had such a good time with our friends Kevin Shannon, Dale Sharrah , and Jack Books we had to do it again. You should come have a good time too!

Laurie will be joining the boys tonight at the Gearhouse from 7:00-9:30. Come out and shake a tailfeather.

Friday night was another special evening of Art and Music in downtown Waynesboro. It was the opening reception of our new “Anything Goes - Painting & Photography” exhibition at Gallery 50. There was also live music by Laurie and Scott Matlock aka The Flying Matlocks next door at Music Makers.
Our 11 Artists include: Cindy Baker, Ophelia Chambliss, Lina Ferrara, Jean Frey, Richard Gottlieb, Robb Helfrick, Kirby Heltebridle, Leslie McEntire, Maura Satchell, Deborah Slocum and Marti Yeager.
Thank you to our Artists, The Flying Matlocks and everyone who stopped by to join us. We also want to thank all of our Arts Alliance volunteers who help make these events possible.
This exhibition will be on display through January 31, 2026. Gallery 50 is open Fridays 5 - 8 pm and Saturdays 10:30 am - 4:30 pm. Check Facebook for additional hours. Admission is always Free.

The Flying Matlocks will be at Music Makers in Waynesboro tonight from 5:30-8:00. Come enjoy the music and Art and all the fine folks that make up this vibrant Arts community!
