While you're out, stop by the Blue Ridge Children's Museum in Waynesboro -- we're open until 1p today!

- Little Explorers (supporting early development and caregiver-child connections through nature-based play and parent info classes)

- Junior Explorers (playground camp-out, hike the Greenway, snack making, nature-based play)

- All In Junior Explorers (parent & child nature-based activities, practice routines, sensory exploration, parent mini sessions)

$75 each for 3 day morning camps

New Hours Alert!

This June and July, enjoy extended Tuesday and Thursday hours and earlier Saturday hours. Natural playground hours are still dawn to dusk.

We appreciate your support these past few months as a new museum, and look forward to a summer filled with explorer camps, programs, new exhibits, birthday parties, and more!

Wizard Scouts! Where nature and magic intertwine.

Join us Saturday, May 30th, from 11a-12p for a delightful hour of hands-on learning and exploration as we forage and make our own paper out of pulp, leaves, flowers, and more.

Suggested age range is 5-9, but any age is welcome to stop by to lend a hand!

Free for members; non-members pay the cost of daily admission per person, which includes the workshop as well as full day entrance to the indoor museum.

Tomorrow (Thursday), visit us from 3:30-4:30p for some extra STEAM stations -- in Spanish AND English! With light facilitation, these stations will provide space for exploration of Chromatography (butterflies), Geometry (edible), Engineering (towers), Binary Code (bracelets), and Agamographs (optical illusions).

Free for members, or included with the cost of daily admission for non-members; this hour is great for up to around age 8, though older youth are bound to enjoy these activities, too!

BRCM is thrilled to launch our very first summer camp series in our new building! To celebrate this exciting milestone, we're offering a special discounted rate for our inaugural on-site camps. This summer's programs are intentionally limited in size so we can learn, grow, and create the best possible camp experiences for years to come. Camps will be small, with waitlists available.
