was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God
out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” We will discover this week at Valley Covenant Church that this is...THE FINAL DESTINATION for every believer! A "great reckoning" refers to an impending, momentous, and extraordinary judgment in which one must experience accountability for their actions. Such a day is on God's calendar.

This Sunday is Pentecost Sunday. It is when we focus on the powerful ministry of the Holy Spirit in the Church. Jesus made a very important statement about the Holy Spirit to His disciples. He said, “I tell you the truth: It is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send Him to you” (John 16:7 ESV). But, for others, it will trigger waves of complicated emotions. It will be a hard day! Here's a loaded question: Anyone having any "issues" with your body right now? Is it cooperating with you? Or, is it giving you some trouble? Are you having to take medications?
