We are LOVING this cool summer morning 🌞

We will have been in our space in for 3 years come this August! Time flies when you’re making coffee ☕️ Here are a few “before and after” transformation pictures of our cafe.

This lot comes from the Women Producers Group of Orígenes, a collective formed in 2022 to strengthen women’s participation, technical leadership, and economic visibility within the cooperative. Representing 53 associated women from several member communities, six producers came together to craft this lot. Their farms span approximately 9.5 hectares and are managed within sustainable agroforestry systems that integrate coffee cultivation with the rich biodiversity of the Tropical Andes. This week we are sadly saying farewell to two of our OG baristas, Niki and Sky. It feels like just yesterday we were creating these “Meet the staff Monday” posts. They’re both moving on to pursue really wonderful opportunities, and we couldn’t be more excited for both of them! Make sure you show them some love when you see them working their final bar shifts this week ❤️
