We must say, quite humbly, that our Prime Pork Chop has quickly become a guest favorite! Molasses glaze, spring vegetable “hodge podge”, fingerling potatoes, herb gel and pea shoots. Did you know we source our herbs right from our own herb garden? We also forage local ingredients! 🍸🍷🍺
