Test your strength in our June Bench Press Competition at the CAC!

Participants will bench a percentage of their body weight (rounded up to the next 5 lb increment) for as many reps as possible. Divisions are separated by age and gender.

Participants can complete their lift at any time during the month of June. Just schedule a time with CAC staff members Jeff, Joe, or Zac to complete your weigh-in, have your lift spotted, and officially recorded. Winners will be announced at the end of June!

40–49: 70%
50 & Older: 60%
Female Divisions
29 & Under: 70%
30–39: 60%

Reminder the last Free Creative Workshop is tomorrow (Wednesday) after school at 2:15pm at the CAC! This is a make-up date. Please register ahead of time so they know how many supplies to bring!
