Your jewelry will be packed and shipped in secure packaging; however, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. However, I only accept return merchandise if you bought online only and may be returned within 10 days, in original condition with a copy of your invoice. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Jewelry must be carefully packed and insured, we cannot be responsible for damaged and/or uninsured returns. Custom designs are final sale.
