Fun today

Made some quick mini fruit pizzas-sweet, creamy and crunchy! Try at home-mix some plain Greek yogurt with a little honey and cinnamon, spread on a graham cracker, and top with seasonal fruit!

Great shark catchers today learning about seafood at the Passaic County Fair!

2 days down and 2 more to go at the Passaic County Fair! Don't worry if you haven't stopped by to see us yet, we'll be there from 3-8 pm today and tomorrow! Come learn about the amazing world under the sea. The RCE / 4-H tent is located next to the exit this year

Visit the Rutgers Cooperative Extension "Under the Sea" tent at the Passaic County Fair to come fishing for prizes! We are here until 8pm each night.

We've been posting all our summer fun so far, but we still have a lot of fun stuff coming up! There are still a few spots open for Outdoor Adventure Camp. Join Passaic and Essex County 4-H to learn all about the great outdoors. Camperships (scholarships for camp) are available! Email [email protected] with any questions

We've been having a great time trying recipes from around the world this summer at the Clifton Boys and Girls Club!

Submissions for the Summer Harvest Showcase are still open. Adult and youth divisions for Food & Nutrition, Fruits Herbs & Vegetables, and Indoor / Outdoor Gardening

The Summer Harvest Showcase will be in the 4-H/RCE tent at the Passaic County Fair. Submissions can be brought to the apassaic County 4-H office on Wed August 13 from 3 to 7 pm or to the RCE/4-H tent at the Passaic County Fair on August 14 from 4 to 6 pm.

Next up this summer, we had our weeklong internship program: Adavancing Careers in STEM and Agriculture (ACAS). Teens explored careers in these industries with field trips to farms and colleges all across NJ. Thank you to the amazing guest speakers who took the time to meet with our teens!!
