A few weeks ago I had the honor of being on the Inspirame Latina Beyond the Role panel discussion. Where we talked about the importance of choosing the right community and why I’m so passionate about the community we are building at Generation Fearless, rooted in Fearlessness and supporting first-gen women in all seasons of there lives.

We are proud to announce our Keynote Speaker for this year’s Owning My Journey Retreat.

Camelia M. Valdes, Passaic County Prosecutor, embodies what it means to reclaim your narrative and lead with purpose.

As the first Latina County Prosecutor in New Jersey and a first-generation daughter of Dominican immigrants, her journey reflects resilience, representation, and impact at the highest levels.

Her story is a reminder that our beginnings do not limit us, they prepare us.

Join us for a day of reflection, growth, and transformation.
