Vulnerability in our line of work is high. To those who allow our team into their homes, we express our gratitude. We strive to maintain professional attitudes, humble hearts, and gracious demeanor. As a company, we avoid judgment and focus on providing assistance to help individuals reach a better place and state, enabling them to remain in their homes. These women are the pillars of our organization, embodying integrity and compassion. They are the owners, founders, and driving force behind our operations.

Our team continues to drive progress, meeting people where they are and empowering them to thrive. I'm inspired by this family-owned and operated woman-run business, a shining example of resilience and determination.

This chapter has filled my heart with joy, witnessing growth and pride resonate throughout this family. Yes it is a business! But it feel more like a family. Through trials, we find healing, learning to establish boundaries for the life we now live. Ultimately always trusing in God's hands. We are so blessed by the communities we serve! We all deserve respect and love no matter what chapter we are in!

God always amazes me with the challenges He gives us to prove our strength as a team and family, serving and caring for incredible individuals. I feel blessed today for those who recognize our dedication and entrust us with their well-being, just as we are in God's hands.

Today, my daughters returned from work with a surprise announcement and great story... They obtained adaptive equipment for an individual in need. They informed me no clients were harmed in the process of them obtaining the equipment they utilized their own finances to purchase. ALL JOKES ASIDE! we have amazing clients!!!! The girls themselves took on my worry and bought the necessary items such as a lift recliner with a bonus of a massager, and heat chair. Their clients were treated with the utmost respect, and this situation highlights the compassion and dedication of my daughters. I am extremely proud of their ability to take care of others without expecting anything in return. Very proud Mother moment.... This is what makes the business they are building different from all the others out their.... It's truly built on the foundation of God's Hands Always!

The act of helping others contains gifts in itself. We receive gifts through teaching and learning, which are parts of life's gift!

Dear women in ag,
I wish you would stop being so hard on yourselves.
If the house isn't clean because you're busy raising babies, harvesting crops, working cattle, building a career, or any of the other million things that need your immediate attention, it's okay. I promise the dishes and laundry will still be there when things slow down.
Even if your home doesn't look like your Pinterest boards, or won't ever be featured in "Better Homes and Gardens", my guess is that it is filled with love-- and honestly, that's a hundred times better anyways. Muddy boots and dust covered jeans, pockets full of knives and grain and broken bolts, and equipment manuals and stock journals are just part of this life.
It's okay for things to be messy, and unorganized, and occasionally fall a little behind.
It's okay for meals to not always include greens.
Your kids will still love you, even when you fall asleep in the recliner while supper cooks on the stove; and especially when you aren't perfect.
Real friends will understand that you are busy living.
Give yourself grace. I know you are doing the best you can 💙
❤️ Richelle
