🏡 The countdown is over!

We’ve spent the last week putting the final touches on several homes featured in this year’s Madison Area Parade of Homes, and we’re excited to finally share them with you.

From hidden speakers and smart lighting to whole-home Wi-Fi, home theaters, security systems, and outdoor entertainment, these homes showcase what’s possible when technology is thoughtfully integrated into a home.

The Parade begins this Friday and runs for two weeks. If you’re attending, be sure to check out the homes we’ve had the privilege of outfitting with the latest in smart home technology.

Nothing says “dream home” quite like your own private sport court with concert-quality sound. 🏀🔊

We recently wrapped up this indoor basketball court audio install featuring heavy-duty commercial-grade pendant speakers designed to do two very important things:

✔️ Sound incredible
✔️ Survive flying basketballs from competitive kids 😅

These aren’t your average home speakers. We installed rugged commercial-style speakers that can handle the abuse of an active sports space while still delivering clean, powerful audio throughout the entire court.

Even better — the system is fully integrated into the home’s Sonos ecosystem, making it incredibly easy to:
• Stream music instantly
• Group with the patio, kitchen, gym, or theater
• Control everything right from your phone
• Keep the energy going during games, workouts, or family hangouts

Custom homes today are all about creating experiences — and spaces like this are becoming one of our favorite projects to design.

Yesterday, Micaleb and I had the honor of participating in the floor signing for the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home here in Waunakee. Pulse Automation & Security is incredibly proud to be donating 100% of the labor and home technology materials for this project.

From smart home automation and security to audio, networking, and more, we’re excited to help make this home both beautiful and functional for such an amazing cause.

We’ve got a new face at Pulse 👋

Meet Micaleb — he’s been with us for about a month now and has already been a huge help during this busy season. He’s from Baraboo, enjoys gaming and fishing, and is diving right into learning the ins and outs of smart home technology.

From prewires to final installs, he’s getting hands-on experience with everything we do—and we’re excited to have him on the team.
