3 things I’d tell any first-time home buyer right now 👇

1️⃣ You probably need less money upfront than you think.
A lot of buyers still believe they need 20% down, but that’s often not the case. There are loan programs that allow for much less, and some buyers even qualify for down payment assistance.

2️⃣ Looking at homes online and touring them in person are completely different experiences.
I’ve had buyers fall in love with homes they almost skipped online and walk away from homes they thought were “the one.” Photos only tell part of the story.

3️⃣ Every home will have pros and cons.
The goal isn’t finding a perfect house, it’s finding the right house for your lifestyle, budget, and future plans.

The sooner you understand your options, the easier it is to make confident decisions when the right home comes along.
