Giving back is a core part of who we are at RMH Systems 🤝

Through RMH Systems Serves, some of our Minnesota team (and a few awesome family members!) spent time volunteering at Feed My Starving Children, packaging meals for those in need around the world.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and make an impact together.

Great work happens when our team feels valued and celebrated. Taking time to recognize birthdays and work anniversaries is one of the way we show appreciation for the people who make RMH a great place to work!

This morning in our Waukee office, we kicked off the New Year celebrating one of our own—Richard Compton, an RMH Systems tech who’s about to become a grandpa! 👶💙💗

Here’s the fun twist: Richard’s daughter isn’t quite ready to learn the gender yet, but Richard was eager to know—so we set up a piñata and he gave it a solid swack with a bat to reveal the surprise! After the big hit, we resealed the results envelope and promised not to peek until she gets the news. Next month, we’ll reveal it together!

At RMH Systems, we believe the best way to start a year is by celebrating our people—the milestones, the families, and the moments that matter. Stay tuned for the big reveal in January!

Great food, lots of laughter, and maybe just a little gift-stealing strategy 😄 Our RMH Systems ladies from our home office in Waukee, Iowa gathered to celebrate the season with a holiday lunch and gift exchange! A huge thank you to this amazing group for bringing energy, collaboration, and joy to our teams all year long. Cheers to strong connections, full plates, and a holiday season well spent together! 🎄🥂

With RMH generously matching employee contributions during our Christmas party fundraiser, we were able to donate nearly $8,000—plus coats, sweatshirts, and sweatpants—to local organizations supporting families and neighbors facing food insecurity.

Small Actions, Big Impact for Our Communities!❤️

Our Eden Prairie and New Brighton donated 94 lbs. of food and $900 on behalf of RMH Systems to the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf where they were preparing groceries for 60 families that day—a reminder of how many people rely on community support.

We’re thankful for the chance to help, and we encourage others to support their local food shelves however they can. Together, little acts of kindness go a long way.
