City inspection required some ingenuity for this custom railing system.

In with the new, out with the old.

Support beams were almost completed rotted out at this rental property! We came in and replaced them with new Cedar 6x6’s and coated them with a Weatherproof Sealant to prolong the life of the support beams and keep this from happening again any time soon. I am also fond of the new all natural cedar look 👍🏼

Here is a quick before and after of a shed demo we knocked out last weekend. A rather common request to be had believe it or not. Feel free to reach out if you are looking to rid your property of any older sheds!

A clients fence blown over do to harsh winds. They were in pursuit of a cheaper alternative to replacing the fencing. We leveled out the posts, secured the foundations with rebar and concrete, and braced the posts in order for them to stay level while the foundations cured. Thanks to our friends over at Pilot Landscape Solutions for the help on this job.

Subtle improvements like these new house numbers installed during a recent job can really help modernize these older homes and bring them into the 21st century.
