Can you believe Top Notch Construction is turning 20?! 🥳

Twenty years ago, Top Notch Construction started as a small remodeling company, taking on all kinds of projects. While many of our current team members were still in diapers, Mr. Travis Maldonado was hard at work building something special.

From the very beginning, his goal was simple: create attainable homes for hardworking families. As the first homeowner in his family, he understood what homeownership meant and made it his mission to help others achieve that same dream.

Today, we're proud to say we've built more than 500 homes, developed multiple subdivisions, and helped hundreds of families find a place to call home. Through every project, one thing has remained the same, we keep God first and stay committed to serving our community.

What began with a small crew has grown into a team of talented local professionals. More than coworkers, we're a family, and we're honored every time someone trusts us to build their home.

To our customers, employees, trade partners, and community: thank you for being part of our story. We are proud to call Hardee County home, and we look forward to continuing to serve this community for years to come.

Our team has designed a two story duplex. This is our first time building this model and we are so excited to see the outcome.

Congratulations to this amazing family on their new home! We had the opportunity to work closely with them throughout the build process and loved bringing their vision to life.

Through our Presold Program, they were able to personalize their home without going through the full custom home loan process. They selected the floor plan, lot, and color package that best fit their style and needs. Creating a home that feels uniquely theirs while keeping the experience streamlined and enjoyable.

Long Wood Ranch is also a huge milestone for us. In 2023, Top Notch Construction expanded from home building into land development. Since then, we’ve invested heavily in our people, growing our team with local talent, developing new skills and expertise, and creating opportunities for our team members to take on bigger roles and responsibilities.

We’ve built a dedicated development team and added another field team to help bring projects like this to life.

Long Wood Ranch is one of the first major subdivisions fully developed by our in-house team, and we’re incredibly proud of what they’ve accomplished.

Our office team isn’t just behind the paperwork we’re out in the field too.
