Finally! We have reinstalled the fence that Hardee County had removed. This is the gateway to our property. We are looking forward to enhancing it with replanting of native landscaping and other tasteful environments!

Well…Thankfully after several years we have prevailed over Hardee County which was attempting to take our Peace River waterfront fraudulently! We will update with our progress soon!

As some of you have been aware Hardee County has taken a significant portion of our property through an adverse possession claim in the courts. This is what stopped us from using our own land. However through recent discovery we have found that NO GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA MAY TAKE PROPERTY THROUGH ADVERSE POSSESSION. Hardee County and previous county attorney Ken Evers have in our opinion committed FRAUD. We have been navigating the legal system and are pursuing all legal remedies under the law.
