I’ve always dreamt of doing a media day for a team, and I can’t think of a better way to have made that dream into a reality 🙌🏼 this was a nerve-wracking 6 hour experience that required a ton of planning and resulted in 1k photos that took me 2 weeks to edit. It felt like a wedding 👀 IYKYK
So, why do a big D1 university-style shebang for a D3 community college?
Because each and every one of these athletes have been waiting *years* to play a normal game of volleyball, they’ve been working extremely hard all summer, and they deserve to be gassed up!! 👏🏼

Our home opener is tomorrow night (9/2) at 7pm. Come and see some intense, quick, exciting volleyball!

Your family photo session *probably* won’t go perfectly according to plan, but that’s 100% normal!
Sweet Ellis here decided against a nap on the day of his first photoshoot, so we snapped as many as possible before he inevitably started to fuss. I faded into the background and let momma bounce him to sleep, which resulted in some of my favorite shots, and then we resumed capturing the cuteness with a now smooshy, sleeping babe. This is all to say that I have had the pleasure of photographing many families, and I’m prepared to improvise in order to deliver. It always seems like the photos you love the most are the ones you didn’t plan on snapping!
