Today, summer camp staff from the Greater Waterbury YMCA joined other camps from across Connecticut at YMCA Camp Yankee. Our staff received a wealth of knowledge to bring back and make our camp programs better!

On top of that, some of our leadership team presented topics to other camps, including camp counselor 101 and behavior re-engagement!

Lastly, it wouldn’t be a camp story without talking about the lasting impact camp has. In the last photo you will see Adam, our Outdoor Center Director, with Justin and Tom from YMCA Camp Sloper Outdoor Center, Ben from YMCA Camp Ingersoll and Alex from Camp Hazen YMCA! This group is what building relationships at camp is all about, together they share over 20 years of camp knowledge, but more importantly share amazing friendships!

During April, current members get 4 EXTRA guest passes to share with anyone they know. If any of your guests join in April, you get a FREE month of membership!

New members who join in April will receive a FREE Functional Movement Screening (a $20 value) plus the chance to earn a FREE month of membership by visiting at least 75 times between their join date and August 15.
