’m excited to finally share that I’ve stepped into the role of North American Technical Director for SpektraLift™, where I’ve had the privilege of helping write the science behind a new approach to professional hair color.
This isn’t about launching another product.
It’s about introducing a different way of thinking.
What if some of the challenges we’ve accepted in hair color weren’t inevitable?
What if lift didn’t always have to come at the expense of deposit?
What if pushing chemistry harder wasn’t the same as letting it work better?
What if control mattered more than speed?
Over the past months, I’ve been deeply involved in developing and validating a new technology framework that asks those questions, carefully, responsibly, and with respect for the craft.

Bringing Regulated Oxidation Technology® to market isn’t about breaking rules or making claims. It’s about refining our understanding of how oxidative chemistry actually behaves when it’s guided, not rushed.

This work has reinforced something I’ve believed for a long time: real progress in our industry doesn’t come from louder promises, it comes from better understanding.

What we understand about hair color chemistry is changing, intentionally, quietly, and intelligently.

I’m proud of the team behind this, grateful for the trust placed in me, and excited to help lead a conversation that puts education, integrity, and professional judgment back at the center.
