DPAO

Ed Mentry, president of the Northern NY
Cerebral Palsy Board of Directors,
presented a check to DPAO's Executive
Director, Tina Cummings, in recognition
of the organization's commitment to
serving individuals with intellectual and
developmental disabilities. Although the
organization has since dissolved, its
legacy lives on through the positive
impact it had on the community. DPAO
is honored to have been selected as a
recipient of this generous donation,
which will enable the agency to continue
making a meaningful difference in the
lives of those it serves.

Staff Development Day 2026 proved to be a success.

On Day today, we raise awareness, advocate for inclusion, celebrate differences, and build supportive and respectful communities for neurodivergent New Yorkers.

Flowers were recently planted at the Patricia Rima memorial site located at the William J. McClusky Center. Our staff and participants will oversee their maintenance and watering 🌺

In memory of our coworker Tim, we have added an engraved leaf to our tree today at the William J. McClusky Center.

We united today to honor the life and memory of our coworker Tim Cantwell, who would have marked his birthday today. Happy heavenly birthday, Tim. Your presence is greatly missed.

Our Day Hab Program enjoyed another visit from Angelia from Ponies for Purpose. This time she surprised them with bringing baby goats!
