Stainless bent engine bracing fixtures. Thankfully the fixture made drilling and tapping the 19 different holes somewhat manageable. Very time consuming yet oddly gratifying to work through. Customer was pleased therefore so am I! God bless!!

Very rigid plastic with thermal electric webbing running through middle of parts. The plastic casing surrounding the connectors needed to be brought into dimensional specs according to blueprint. Overall a nasty material to work with when cutting as most plastics can be because of the dust produced when cutting. Appropriate safety measures were taken.. Aka I wore a mask. Satisfying material to cut through with a carbide end-mill. God bless!!

Cast iron bar cut into 8 pieces then squared up, slot roughed and cut, holes drilled and reamed for bushings, dovetail applied, tapped fitment screw, and 45 degree added for clearance to match sample. Cast iron was necessary for this tool because of force used to stamp in finished product. Such a royal pain to clean up after nonetheless I was pleased with finished product. More importantly the customer was happy. God bless!!

Steel shafts and guide plates tack welded together. Parts were turned and milled I used a Hartford chuck to put radius on end of shaft. Very intricate parts, fun to build and put together! Hope you have a great day.. God bless!!
