We invite you to join our initiative Steps That Serve!

Through dance, active engagement classes, and community outreach, our goal is to help raise funds for affordable meals while also collecting essential supplies for local unhoused neighbors.

As part of the initiative, we are organizing donation drives throughout Hartford for our “Kindness Kits” care packages, as well as non-perishable food donations. The “Kindness Kits” would consist of hygiene and everyday essentials like toothpaste, wipes, deodorant, tampons, socks, and other necessities. 

Our goal is to help make an impact on food insecurities the folks in the Hartford community are experiencing by exposing folks to the arts through Parkville Sounds. When taking our dance “STEPS THAT SERVE” classes those funds will help directly feed the community with help of Hands on Hartford and Gather 55. Providing funds for meals directly, donated supplies and community support

We hope you join us June 27th to cap off this initiative with food, dance classes, music, and volunteer opportunities to help the Hartford community.
