*Texture is done in the hallways and most apartments. First coat of paint is on the walls in the stairwells.
*Back parking lot is mostly complete, still need to cut some small trees down and clean up to prepare to put the fence and gravel in.
*Roof has the fibered aluminum roof coating put on as well, which was a big project to get done before winter.
*back stairwell is getting framed in. Will add windows to match each level. The inside is actually painted to a color that looks like concrete. Kind of a beige gray.

We have started into the Hillcrest Apartments at the corner of 2nd and Allen in the Church Row Neighborhood in Waterloo. Here are some BEFORE pictures of the property. 35 units coming soon!
