We are writing this with heavy hearts, but with the transparency you deserve. It has been a long time since the lights were on at our second location (at Viking), and walking past those quiet windows is just as painful for us as it is disappointing for you.

We hear you. We see every comment, every tag, and the overwhelming amount of messages asking when we’ll be back. Please know that we aren’t ignoring you; we are simply navigating an incredibly difficult chapter behind the scenes.

The Heart of the Matter
The truth is, a restaurant is nothing without the people who bring it to life. Despite our best efforts and our deepest desire to serve you, we are facing a critical shortage of team members. We refuse to open our doors if we cannot provide the quality and experience you’ve come to love, and right now, we simply don’t have the hands to do it.

We are hiring (cashiers full and part time), and we are searching for people who want to help us breathe life back into that space. You can apply in person at our main location.
