Waterloo Fire Department

Waterloo Fire department is 100% volunteer. We're always accepting new applications. We are the Waterloo Fire Department located in New York State.

Stop by on a Monday or Thursday night 7pm to pick up an application or take a tour. We are a 100% volunteer department. Our chain of command is as follows, Chief, 1st Assistant Chief, 2nd assistant Chief, Captain, four Lieutenants and 30-40 Firefighters training in various capacity. West Elizabeth st & Center St has a large tree branch down with wires down. Nyseg is on scene and the tree will be down for the remainder of the night.

No need to be alarmed, we will be conducting training tonight on East Main Street just east of Ciccinos.

We will be smoking up a house but it will not actually be on fire. This is to train for interior fire attack.

Timeframe is tonight between 6:30pm and 8pm

Tonight along with Waterloo Police Department, New York State Police, Seneca County Sheriffs Office, Border City Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance escorted the girls softball team back to the school after winning NYS Sectional's!
