Marina Yard Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities
-Unwrapping and preparing boats for the season
-Washing, waxing, and detailing boats
-Assisting with boat painting and basic surface prep
-General yard cleanup, including debris removal and organization
-Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
-Handling and moving equipment and materials as needed
-Supporting marina staff with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
-Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to ~50 lbs
-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, rain or shine.
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
-Reliable transportation and punctuality
-Experience with boats, detailing, or painting is a plus but not required.
