I have been working with this school for the past 4 years and I am a part of their summer camp program. I go to 3 of their schools and this has been a great way to offset the schools I lose for the summer months.

I LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ DOUBLE BEAMS!
There are so many different things you can do with them and walking with your feet out just a little bit works the lateral hip muscles.
Here are a few of my favorite ideas for double beams:
1. Forwards
2. Bear Walks
3. Backwards
4. Jump into hoops
5. With both feet on one beam jump to the other beam with two feet.

26 kids, 30 minutes, 3 teachers, 3 rotations, We made it. I won’t mention...the sick kid, sleeping baby, the left iPhone, and the stow away little brother in our class. Doesn’t matter, the kids worked hard and had a great class!
