After nearly 17 years as the friendly face at Financial Resource Advisors, our Director of First Impressions, Tracy Wiebke, is retiring! 💙

We were proud to have Mike (left behind Mayor Laudick), Managing Partner & Investment Advisor Representative and Chair of the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, attend last week's groundbreaking for the The Salvation Army kitchen expansion.

This project will allow The Salvation Army to serve even more individuals and families in need across our community. The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa was honored to support this effort with a significant grant two years ago, helping bring this vision to life.

We’re grateful for organizations like The Salvation Army that make a daily impact—and excited to see how this expansion will extend their reach even further.

Meet Suzanna. Suzanna joined FRA in the fall of 2025, bringing a background in nonprofit work and a passion for helping others. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Family Services from the University of Northern Iowa. Suzanna is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every client feels valued and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, reading, spending time with friends, and hiking with her boyfriend and dog.
