Waterloo Laundry Depot

Starting to spruce the place up as we gear up for the expansion project that is gonna start in September……3 NEW 40lb washers are getting installed and 1 more NEW 80lb washer is getting installed later next week. Once those new washers are in we will be repairing the floor to make it all nice again.

Today the bench out front got repaired, rugs by the entrances got washed, and the side of the building by the railroad tracks got weedwacked!!

PS……we also had a 2nd Claw Machine installed over the weekend!!!

We are official!! Expansion construction will start in September!!

Some other BIG NEWS……Sometime in June we are replacing these 3 40lb washers with 3 NEW 40lb washers AND adding another NEW 80lb washer as well!!! We will have 4 80lb washers for customers to use once these upgrades are completed!!

We continue to invest in new equipment to make Waterloo laundry depot better and better!!

Tonight the Village of Waterloo unanimously approved our variant for our expansion project!!!

We pick up our permit tomorrow morning and we will break ground for our 24’ by 20’ addition in early September!!

One of the perks of this project is the entire store will have air conditioning come next spring!!

Good morning Waterloo!!

Thank you to the Village of Waterloo Planning Board for their time last night. While we don’t have final approval yet, we took another important big step forward on getting final approval for our expansion project and permit.

We hope to have some really exciting news late next week!

Our plan is to break ground in September with completion of the project by the end of October.

Once completed we will be able to bring all our Airbnb Laundry Service under one roof and we will be adding 2 more employees.

Also, we are installing air conditioning for the entire store which customers will be able to enjoy next year!

Today we celebrated our 10th Anniversary of ownership at Waterloo Laundry Depot. Thank you to the Seneca County Chamber, Seneca County Supervisor Bob Shipley, Village of Waterloo Trustees Patty Bartran and John Butlak, and Chamber President Jeff Shipley for all attending today.
