We have a small amount of our AWARD WINNING fish and chips left from yesterday. We have decided to put them on the menu today until they’re gone.

We’re open and serving at United Medical Park!! Here until 1pm. Don’t miss out!

It’s FINALLY time to get our food trailer out!!! We are running a smaller schedule this year, so get it while you can!!!

Our first date is Monday, June 1, 2026 at United Medical Park 1731 W Ridgeway Ave Waterloo, IA 50701 from 11am-1pm.

While we serve the employees, we will also be open to the public.

We will be closing at 4:30pm on Thursday(May 28, 2026). We will be open normal hours on Friday(11-7:30pm).
